When you deny him farm like this for the first 10 minutes, he'll never finish his Radiance before like 30 minutes and you just win the game by not feeding him in a fight, and then killing his teammates while he's a useless fuck.If you're a support against mid Necro, gank mid early and often. He might get a Euls because of silences and that's why Nullifier is doubly important.Back to the laning thing, if you deny him both last hits and denies, he really can't do shit and can't regen anything.
