When you just pick 3 healsluts who are fighting for ult charge and not putting that forward pressure or even if you have an Adam but the other healers relax on their healing duties so he's having to play his snaps for the tanks instead of being a hard to kill DPS who splashes heals to others near his duel then the value just drops off a cliff. This is all to say in 99.98% of matches 3 healer is fine or even a bad move but it matters in the matches of people who make YouTube videos like pros and OAA streamers and then everyone just parrots that opinion because Bogur said it or whatever so it must be true.
