Yone has been negative winrate for a long time and progressively nerfed every time an esports player wins on him. Yasuo has the problem of winning lane and losing every game because the damage creep has gotten so bad he usually dies before he can even use 3 Q's. And both of them have the same problem of itemization, namely crit items being the worst pieces of trash in the entire game.
