This leads me to believe, if I can put my theory cap on, that Noelle was always intended to take the role of the monster girl. I think Susie is a variable that's throwing the plan out of wack and Kris's little fucking boner is stopping them from course correcting. This ultimately leads me to an interesting conclusion. The knight doesn't want to cause the roaring, they want to fulfill the prophecy, and Noelle was supposed to occupy a specific role (we don't know why) that Susie is now occupying. Presumably there are two girls, the girl in the party and the girl who love finds, and I think the love girl was always supposed to be a sacrifice, and that Susie was supposed to be that girl, but now Noelle is that girl, and kris and the knight are scrambling to salvage the situation.
