I had a look at our finances this morning. This is shaping up to be an anemic month. The war is heating up. My caravans have to avoid conflict areas, which sets back their delivery schedules, which snowballs into delays, and it’s starting to affect our bottom line. We need to acquire some extra spending capital so I can meet payroll this week. Tell you what. Wyverns always have treasure, right? Go kill me one, and take its treasure, and turn it over to our bookkeeper. I can balance the books, and anything left over I’ll split with you. Or just go out and kill some people and take their money. I don’t give a shit. We just need a little influx of cash to tide us over this temporary dry spell, and it’s a fine day with you around.
