I think downsizing existing tanks and upsizing chunky DPS, like Bastion or Reaper, and keeping 1-3-2 would work really well. DPS players wouldn't mind flexing to tank if Bastion had a little more self sustain or if Cassidy could front line. Just tone down their lethality. I think the trick is to generate as many tanks that feel like Junker Queen or Zarya as they possibly can. Heroes that tank incidentally while giving people a more typical shooter gameplay experience.

>>574478431Ignore that guy, he's right you'll go even with people who are playing low skill heroes but Tracer is not bad at low level. You have to blink before you shoot if they turn to look at you at all, and disengage as you run out of blinks if you're not getting the kill. You can keep attacking again and again in favorable fights instead of fair fights because you have the mobility, and this more than makes up for Tracer's weakness in a white room. The only characters you consistently beat in a fair 1v1 are like Soldier 76 and Widowmaker and Juno. But you're the best at avoiding "fair" 1v1s and shooting distracted tanks and forcing the issue when they really are in a bad position to be fighting you and so on.

>>574479725That's the flex dps problem in general. If your team can't handle the pressure on main, then you need to play very aggressive to force trades even if you die or you gotta swap to help deal with main.
