Is this game decent to play for someone that's a total noob and will only play for free without any intention to spend money on it? I tried it once years ago but started with UK tanks which was apparently a bad thing to do and only got to around tier 2 before uninstalling, also heard people say it has a really invasive anti cheat system (I know every anticheat and game these days is basically malware but allegedly this game is even worse) I'm not interested in modern stuff and just want to play WW2 and a bit of cold-war era tanks more than anything so I'm not interested in grinding to highest tier. But the game is so old now it's basically full of people that have played for thousands of hours and with how respawning works last time I played years ago it just lead to me hardly playing the game at all.

With other nations of the same rank, you can both flank around and also flex your gunnery skills by cockily just poking out in front of someone and nuking them through their weak spot.With France, you hit their weak spot frontally, and you'll just piss the player off because they have to wait for a new driver or loader after they insta nuke you.I think I'll let that rank rest for a while and come back to it later when I can predict the match and flank around better.
