You will have some cunts queueing up as one role to get a faster queue and then picking another, but it is what it is and this would be more of an issue with the community than the system.

Extra damage is nice and all but getting temp health like venom feels nicer, and if you have invis on your team the healing pulses help your diving buddy or supports you're peeling for as well.
