Writers generally only write their own characters, which is why events written by the same writers ended up feeling kinda stilted after awhile because you can predict everything that happens in them at a certain point. Although generally every writer in the game writes at least one section of the summer event as kind of an agreement. When you go back and read every summer event it becomes kinda obvious when every summer event has a >Gudaguda section>Raikou, Kintoki, Ibaraki, Shuten section>EXTRA or KotR section>Indian or French section You can usually tell which writer wrote which section because its obvious when Sakurai wrote something because "Okay so Kintoki and Raikou were there, suddenly Napoleon, shuten, bryn, and every other character I write suddenly shows up randomly". Certain writers are really too obvious about it.This whole event is really OC3 pretending to be a Summer event, and its Nasu's big event for the year. You'll start to realize more how much its Nasu when it starts to get into pseudo psychology and vague intellectualism. Also when Ciel shows up, and BB shows up, and Arcuied shows up, and Hakuno shows up, wow look at all the cameos.
