The Chinese rat also told us Falcom isn't able to make two games a year if one isn't a remake, so 2028 might be Dragon Slayer and Sky 3rd. 2029 KX2 and Zero. And then next Kiseki in 2030. I think the Sky remakes are their best shot at that. Going up against FE is going to be the real test. Or maybe it'll be the Zero remakes. A lot of regular players don't team up with others, they play on multiple accounts at once (the game was literally designed for this) to control the entire team.

The Sky trilogy was wordy, but at least much of that dialogue was between playable characters with actually meaningful relationships, and NPCs could just be people you had polite but distant relationships with.
