>>575176152Unplayable. Cards that require a certain pp threshold to be played are shit in the long term. It's all about cheating pp costs and refunding pp turn 5 and earlier. They will never outright give you an effect that says "you now have max 8pp before turn 8" (ramp excluded) but they'll allow you to play 20+ pp worth of cards on turn 4 by refunding and reducing costs. Enhance is a very bad keyword in the long term in terms of power creep and viability for that reason. Reanimate cards will all eventually be broken, like that new 2pp neutral removal spell that can also reanimate a 2pp.
