i hated that in halo ce if you play on legendary you can't use the human weapons. you have to use weapons like the hammer, the chainsaw, the shotgun and the rocket launcher, all of which are limited. in halo ce you can actually do any weapon you want, except for human weapons. the human weapons were basically limited by the game, but the weapons are now available in both factions (they are the most powerful and most powerful of all). if you play on legendary mode and have weapons that have special abilities like the chainsaw, it allows you to get kills faster than you normally would.
I'm loving this disaster of a game.

Frank O'Connor irreparably destroyed Halos story with his insistence on making Forerunners a separate race in the halo 3 terminals.The entire trilogy hints, or directly says to chiefs face, that Humans are forerunners. The books preceding the Halo 3 terminals imply Humans are forerunner. Even story boards and cut sections of Halo 2 have the covenant (Arbiter?) finding a Human skeleton on the Ark.Microsoft, or perhaps the egos at 343 studios, would NEVER retcon and go back to the original intended story. For how beautiful the game can look (especially with certain effects turned off) it could've easily been better if integrity was a greater focus. I have questions regarding the bonus missions- Why would ONI rely on a Halberd destroyer to eliminate the Covenant ship? The UNSC know their ships ain't shit to covie ones?- Knowing this, why would they only send one destroyer? Especially given they may not have known for certain the combat capabilities of the covie ship (even if it was a research one).- Why didn't they give chief a small SHIVA bomb which seems to be the standard for destroying covenant installations and ships?- If the ship was one of the much weaker ones, why did the Prophet loiter about when the UNSC ship was moving in? Shouldn't they have legged it immediately?- Whats the point in the UNSC finding the Covenant 'home world'? The UNSC at that point in the war are barely capable of fighting a defensive, entreched war against the Covenant Navy without heavy losses of outright defeat.
