The piece of fan-art I've seen that's closest to canon is the one where susie finds out someone who's good at playing a piano is called a pianist and then goes around introducing kris as a penis.Except for the end where ralsei cries, he would just go "um, susie... It’s even possible that since there’s great darkness beneath Hometown that the prophecy predicts will rise to the surface in the Roaring, and since Kris and Noelle sink to the Depths (“other side of the lake”, as in vertically) that are filled with this darkness, when they wake up it’s chapter 7’s start and the Roaring has already begun by the end of chapter 6, which is why there’s the skip to chapter 7 instead of 6. So the Roaring starting could be the cliffhanger we get for chapter 6.
