I don't have Castor, but the anni rerun banners gave me two copies of his WoD, so this is probably fine. the math on OE glowie:If you use her E3 exalt on a boss dealing 1000 dmg, she will deal ~73k dmg before crit, vuln, etc etc.If you use her OE on a boss dealing 1000 dmg, she will deal ~97k dmg before crit before vuln etc etc and you'll walk out of it with 250 perm str.So unless your team has insane amounts of other str scaling, only real reason to care about her OE is the perm strength that will carry through to her future exalts, meaning it may mostly be useful to be used once near the start of fights and then never again. I suspect it will be relevant for end of chapter bosses but the value will be too long-term for things like d-tide bosses etc as it will only scale her future regular exalt damage by ~16%.

It looks like GLotan's Great Blade card actually stays in your deck (including the other cards being changed to Deadly Duel) if you end a fight without exalting. So if you want you can just bank it before a boss fight and use it as a turn-one opener. It wouldn't have much strength stacked for it, but that at least means you don't have to do the whole sequence of short-short-short-long to get it again in every fight.
