I just had a friend who quit completely after being banned from the maple discord but apparently the most aggravating thing to him was the existence of mvp black players in heroic. It's funny because his short stint in reg apparently made it even less likely for him to ever buy anything with nx in heroic.

now that they are giving out frags like candy in heroic during CW then it's only a gate of sol erda, which MVP Reds get 10 per week of I think blacks get 15 or 20?
This haste event is basically the glue holding it all together, the gap would've been so large without it. But MVP Red/black are already 285 and 180-210mil cp. They're getting 7 hours sauna a day to keep their MVP rank on top of the 48 monthly, which is like an extra 30 hrs wapping per week, on top of having to catch up to their sol erda gains in hexa while we gotta run dailies on multiple characters + 28 monster parks instead

f2p/botters are just approaching 280, casuals like 277, they all got shit for hexa without passes, maybe 1-2k, not libbing in CW without gene pass, not farmed enough due to no temp shine vac, it's borderline unplayable
pass buyers are around 280-283 now, decent hexa, decent gear, but maybe only like in the 80-120mil cp range, 3-5k hexa
mvp Red black 284-285+, 10k+ hexa ckalos ready in a month

the f2p are grinding 20 hrs to catch up to pass buyers and pass buyers are grinding 20 hours to catch up to MVP Red sauna hours+sol erda gains+2 hour virgin waps

Here’s how I’d improve interactive in simple steps:

Make starforcing cheaper. Reboot has 20x the meso? Make starforcing 4/5x cheaper. They’ve made rent cheaper so I don’t see why they couldn’t do the same with sf (even if it’s just half it’s an improvement). On a similar note, make mechaberry in meso shop cheaper too.

Make mp rp tickets unlimited, or give us a non mp/nx way to do more mp. This can be mitigated already by getting mp with meso but would be nicer if there was an easier way (also cheaper cause it’s still way too expensive at the current rate).

the whole purpose of the small mechaberry paywall is specifically to keep lesser funded players away from more endgame content so that they can't complain

I'm surprised it took him this long to realize that early game in interactive is just as toxic as reboot's late to endgame. Realistically getting out of challenger world can at the very minimum get you a ctene/hseren soloer, but even after that you're pretty much at the mercy of pitched and future challenger worlds to fund your later bossing mules to actually be able to continue funding.

I came back after a two year break during the time that they were cracking down on botters in reg and it pushed the meso rate from 1:3~1:4 to more like 1:15~1:18 and it was particularly miserable to progress with the old SF system in place. The reality is that there are upsides and downsides to having expensive meso prices, but it will ultimately always benefit the people higher on the economic ladder. And why are there so many people commenting on interactive trading when only a handful of players here even play on it?

Do they even do ban waves anymore? Its not wonder shit is so fucked.

Even if you get to 350mil cp with eternals and canes you can't really do anything after. Making 35 bil per month on reg is just a few taps that are gone in like 2 minutes with the new SF system. I think you're exaggerating. I make roughly 24b per month before selling any equip pieces or pitched, and closer to 35b with the occasional pitched factored in. That's more than enough to get about 7~12 booms worth of eternals with no safeguarding. The new SF features are heavily reboot favoring and there's basically no reason to ever use them. The new SF system, however, while blowing up more equips is infinitely cheaper than before to a degree where it's not even funny.

Also most of the p2w slop is irrelevant in reg since exp and fragments aren't really a big deal there so you can skip most of the passes and be fine, vac pets in reg are also permanent so you actually save money there in the long run if you want to be a pure f2p since technically even the "f2p" players on reboot are still buying and paying a vac pet sub.
