Why did they take the unusual step of hiding behind an online-only half-anni instead of the expected in-person one?2) Why does the system bring with it new ¥3000 eleph packs whose existence and contents imply they are there to replace lost rate-ups?3) Why did they not lead with these compensations when "look free tickets" is an extremely easy way to make it seem good? Is it not safe to assume that delaying until now to reveal them implies that the numbers were decided based on the reception?4) Why have they been completely radio-silent on the controversy and not tried to explain why it wasn't a bad change, if it is supposedly so great?5) Given that point 3 implies the compensation reward rates were decided based on placating those angry about the change, what range of possible rates were they considering, and what does this imply about their internal view of how much benefit or harm would come from the new system?6) Why change it from something so simple, which has worked for years, to something so complicated, and so difficult for a real player facing a real banner to properly evaluate or plan for, when they knew it would be controversial?The fact is, if the new system were actually straight up better they would've revealed it at the full anni to a live crowd and shouted from the rooftops about how generous they are for marketing. Instead they tried to obfuscate everything as much as possible. If you defend the change, you're either shitposting, an actual nexon shit, or severely retarded.
