Cool new stuff added. This boss calls reinforcements at 50% hp. I haven't got them to rush in to battle yet which is weird, they're kinda just slow walking at the entrance. Another boss goes berserker rage at low hp and switches to two axes, and the Valtheim boss aggros from across the river but stays in place shooting a bow until you get close.

I came with my efps test to end the discussion. Conclusion is its not worth it. This is very heavy modded setup with 2500 active mods with medium quality dyndolod. I pick riverwood and falkreath, riverwood is without any mods altering it and falkreath is COTN falkreath (with efps patches) so everything is touched by the mod. Efps is literally causing floating stones and some terrain bugs even with patches. And performance gain is minimal (it might even depends temps of my pc). And on riverwood there is actually fps boost without efps.

With the headsculpts you can mask off everything you want to keep the same on the face you've been modifying, so in your example everything except the eyes, then import the old sculpt with the unfucked eyes. I've done that to steal ears from my other sculpts. Assuming you don't already have the sculpts saved, just save the current face as a preset and sculpt, load the old preset and save it as a sculpt, then load the new one back in and do the mask+import above.

I think I'm gonna have to go with green tundra even though I prefer the vanilla yellow simply because there are no good grass mods for yellow tundras. I have tried a ton of them now and all of them are more of a gross looking brown than yellow which makes them look particularly bad when in shade because they basically turn black.

But eventually you'll have enough brute force for it not to matter that much. The balance also just gets kind of weird with some stuff like big unarmored creatures (e.g. Karstaag) being relatively squishy compared to some random dude in armor, depending I guess on what kind of weapon you're using.
