When I was trying to rank up as a tank I would turn to find the healers dead or trying to fight with the dps, then it was a quick wipe.As a healer I am just keeping my tank, healer, and dps alive at all costs and doing damage only when the battle allows it and have had a much more consistent win streak to rank up. For BP and Iron Fist you just need to be aware of when the last time they got killed was and push up or get into tough to dive positions or movements, but the goal is always to keep the team alive even if you die in the process.
