Ange isn't a standout compared to modern DPS ops outside of the take off gimmick. Even the Wis'adel comparison is questionable, since she doesn't have true AOE like her and the skill duration is longer than Wis'adel by nearly 30 seconds, meaning lower DPS despite the lower SP cost on Ange's skill. She is top tier, and a longer DPS window is not inherently a negative, but the tradeoffs are clear.
