Digimon Story Lost Evolution is the best of the Story games pre-Cyber Sleuth, but it's only on DS and you'll need a translation patch since it never came to the West. You can also play Digimon World Dawn or Dusk if you want the JaidenAnimations experience. And that's about it. The fighting games are fun enough but you won't get much out of them unless you're really craving a platform fighter with Digimon.
