It is easier to identify that it is in fact a survivor that was there for such a short amount of time with more frames than less, which directly makes it far easier to react with a swing. For nurse specifically this is also beneficial for other things like mid blink. She'll have double the amount of frames at any given blink, and considering that nurse does have to look around while she is traversing a blink to gather information or understand what's happening around and so on, it's obviously better compared to less. Likewise for other zap around super fast killers like Kaneki.And then you have killers like pyramid head which need to be at 60fps because otherwise it breaks his flicks and doesn't really have anything in his power that benefits from having more frames.

It also taught me that Scavenger, the Gabriel Soma perk is absolute garbage, basically a non perk. It would be more effective to just open chests until you find another toolbox, and thousand times more effective to bring Built To Last. That perk needs a full redo.

The actual issue with queues is, aside from perpetual game modes, play while you wait. Queues even without an event have been worse ever since this feature released. Just think about it. Survivor mains that aren't really invested in their solo matches before their friends get off work can throw on a meme build on killer, play their usual survivor matches, and then get a killer match where they do boop the snoot shit for five minutes, and the whole time they never have to wait in the lobby they are always playing. Meanwhile, they pollute the killer queues so that the people who only want to play killer and have no interest in a survivor match have to wait and wait and wait.

I'm kinda mad they added a bunch of stupid modifiers to it (and a bunch if extra buffs and saftey nets for survivors) but it's still great, honestly base DbD should take some hints and make everything darker. Maybe not as much as the mode, but still. Really wish Dbd would stop leaning into being so "arcadey", seeing the godawful shaders people mod the game with to get an advantage is obnoxious.
