It started off pretty strong, stunning sets and props, very striking first impression with the lead being a good actor and the cast not falling behind, but it's got a sort of breakneck pace presenting and cycling through new characters too quick and you struggle to sort them out before the plot starts demanding you to recognize names and the tone got progressively goofier to the point I'm starting to question the protag's and everyone else's competence in a spy thriller. Chinese humor issue, I suppose? AFMV issue even?Looks to have some interesting branching though, but I must bring up one massive blemish: in one of the first QTEs you're supposed to sort out a haiku(?) shown as runes on the screen, zero translation.
