Drow elves all of a suddenI saved my game on a separate file to test out switching Valley the Alchemist to a Valkyrie to use the good gear I've got. It'll stop me getting the level 7 spells which is disappointing, but I was going to need at least one more level for those and level 11 to 12 is a long way. Instead I've switched and gotten up to level 7 or so as a Valk against some random encounters and diversified my spellbook a bitI'm not convinced its the right move but I'll play with it a bit and see if I prefer it

August 27th is Zero Company, so hopefully I will have crossed some of these off by then so I can play that on release.6. Last but not least, I haven't played bg3 in a few months except for a few multiplayer sessions, and I've been watching the mod news for new stuff worth playing. I have several difficulty mods, additional encounters, additional classes, 5.5e rules update, and semi-randomized loot mods I'm excited to do a playthrough with, but this will probably have to wait since I have so many other games I haven't played yet. Plus the longer you wait on this one, the more new stuff comes out so it's fine. There's even a few new lands and new storyline mods in the works, like Path to Menzoberranzan and the one in Chult, so may as well wait.To facilitate finishing these, I will probably skip the Expeditions Samurai and Fury of the Road releases. One of the characters worships the elven gods, while the other proposes going on a crusade to kill them all, and these characters have no conflict, they still give each other thumbs-up and sit next to each other at the team meeting emotional support sessions. No I'm not joking, there was one after every mission.I may torture myself by forcing myself to finish that game some day, but my list of current and upcoming games I actually want to to play is long enough that that will probably not happen. And it's just not worth it, it's not even sort-of-lame-but-still-fun like DA2 or ME:A, it's just bad in dialogue, gameplay, characters except a couple, worldbuilding, and story, and it even retroactively makes other things worse, like Solas and Loghain and Tevinter. At least most bad games are self-contained within themselves, DA:V reached backwards and made other aspects of the setting worse. It's absolutely crazy what bioware did.

greater demons look like they're having a good timethis last dungeon is pretty brutal in any case. Lots of casters with high resistances so its hard to not take big chunks of damage and unless you get lucky with crits they take a while to put down. The numbers of enemies varies wildly too, this is one of the smallest spawns I've seen, sometimes it throws rows of enemies at you

I tried to play Arcanum. It had so many bugs and issues I couldn't get through the first area.I tried to play divinity. I was so bored I uninstalled it in less than an hour.I took a look at fallout. The environment is absolutely hideous. I'd rather walk around my neighborhood with nothing but my thoughts.Maybe I'll try Shadowrun. I'm just skeptical about it because it's usually not even in the top 10 of crpg recommendations.
