I can't decide what to reroll to for season 2. I've been a Havoc main since Legion and the changes next season suck ass. Devourer is too basic. Vengeance is ok.I've been trying other classes in timewalking but nothing clicks. I started playing WoW back in TBC, around the time of the black temple patch I think? Back then leveling was still a huge grind. I remember I hit level 58 on my male Draenei arms warrior just days before the patch that first reduced the xp required to get to level 58. I was very proud of myself for that. In those days it felt like there was so much world to explore, it really was magical. WoW was such a huge part of growing up for me, there are years of my life where my only happy memories are of this game and the people I was playing with. I met many people on my adventures in Azeroth, a couple of which I’m still friends with TO THIS DAY. I spent some very important, very formative years with my mind buried in this game. Although I haven’t been playing, I do keep an eye on it, and watching WoW (and Blizzard) decline over the last few years has really been heartbreaking. I wonder how many other people have been damaged by this game in the way it damaged me.

Casuals say they want a shorter gearing treadmill but they don't become mythic raiders and title pooshers once they achieve BIS, they just quit the game, which means there's less activity overall. Full BIS means nothing when everyone has it and the game is dead. The excitement of getting that rare item from a raid boss or from your vault and celebrating with your bros is completely lost when gearing is deterministic.
