Where were the adult scenes in the first Utawarerumono game?I'm kind of afraid to ask this, because it seems likely the adult scenes would have been with Eruruu, and/or Aruruu, and those girls are both very young, and are like daughters to Hawkuolo. I really wanna get into the deep end of visual novels. I think this is one of the best and most underrated mediums to tell stories and because of that I know theres some absolute hidden gems. So what im looking for is not really the mainstream stuff like Umineko, saya no uta, clannad, steins gate etc. But vns that are really niche and something only a huge VN fan would have read, rather than heard about through cultural osmosis. For reference ive read og tsukhime, higurashi, fate/stay night and HA, as well as the danganronpa games if those count. ( I have seen the animes for steins gate, and clanned though). My favourite genre is urban fantasy

There are extremely well-written recent ones such as Jujutsu Kaisen and My Hero Academia. As a huge fan of both Umineko and Muramasa I think these series are the only ones that come close in terms of writing quality for the urban fantasy genre.
