Another funny thing is that the way they balanced the classes basically, like you’ll 1 shot the guy with 1 spell at level 40. Then at level 50, it’ll take 1 spell + cooldown. Then at 55 it’ll take 1 attack + 1 spell + 1 cooldown. Do you see what I mean they keep moving the bar required to do 100% of the targets hp. But, you can always achieve the damage necessary here to one shot the guy, because it’s designed that way. I guess on retail wow I just always felt like I do zero dps in pvp. But I really like battlegrounds on coa, they’re way more fun than on retail. Because retail isn’t balanced for battlegrounds either, you can’t do both it’s like all the balance goes into arena. And honestly arena is so hard to win at like it’s actually unreal, because you need to know like what every class does and they added millions of new bullshit mechanics and shit like you can’t just read the wiki page because like half the spell and talent descriptions are like worthless knowledge and you just get fatigued too hard to continue researching. Yeah fuck retail actually there’s definitely a reason why I quit retail over and over I’ve quit retail dozens of times.

FMC fell apart after AQ40 because it never had numbers to do Naxx. It’s as simple as that. They cleared all they could with ~25 raiders and then got to a point where they need more people than they had.
