The combat in this game is simply not fun because every character's kit is extremely shallow and repetitive and lacks any form if skil expression.
The 2 operator event wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. There is actually some merit to making a workable combination out of such a small team. They made the trim too easy perhaps, but they really made that final battle a proper pain in the ass, and it's cool that they are balancing around using consumables finally. Plus, the modifiers help alter the gameplay a little. I really thought they would play it completely straight by limiting you to a duo and adding nothing else to it, which would've been hot garbage honestly. Plus it seems that as of late they have actually been consistently adding difficult battles. It's a step in the right direction. I guess they are paying attention after all.
