So far I feel like it's a last ditch OTK when you've forced out all of the opponent's negation and still have Ultimate Fusion/Primite Fusion left (also people do not read and do not understand that F/V cannot pop it) It's a definite upgrade over NBEUD because it doesn't care about your board or your Extra Deck but I do not like that it doesn't do anything in the GY so it's not a good Wishes Target but it's a great replacement for the original Ultimate (the only use it ever had was Magia fodder anyways) and even Alternative Ultimate. 7/10 card.
