Fell bullet was clearly made for Pequod Heath , but you could also go for it as a buff for the ammo IDs he has>Why?He perfectly fuels it, bleed and poise, and the passive solves the strangely unique issue that Pequod Heath has of generating a lot of poise count but not a lot of poise potency. So we can go off that. He is a resonance ID made to work with Captain Ish and Pequod Isang or any team that does resonance, but mostly envy resonance of some kind and only on his S3. Making it so he can actually keep the torn bullet and he gains damage modifiers from it, like NSang would be a good start to get his damage back up to modern standards since again, he actually has really good poise generation with this passive up. Make it so he gains more count as well since he will eventually outpace his count generation with how much poise potency he creates. Making it focus on resonance would also mean that Fullstop Heath can use it since his team (aka having Hongers on the team) also wants him to use pride resonances. Most IDs now have either unlimited ammo or around 5 reloads, so making it so the EGO lets Fullstop Heath reload more times would be nice, probably like 5 times per fight like Udjat Outis, but I'm not sure if they would let him reload his atelier bullet too.

Here are two honest and objectively correct reviews of both EGOsDon's EGO is still bad, very situational even. The passive is less bad now, but it's still bad. The EGO is meant to be used in a lust heavy team for the damage, buff, and resonance. But if you're already in a lust heavy team, then why would you ever need to more lust sins while actively cucking your other, more useful sins. You might say the second paragraph makes it good, to scale the EGO fast for the lust up, but that's still pretty horrible. Bleed is the only team with heavy emphasis on lust, and rather than waste 5 lust resources up front, and likely your other resources since it's at random, you're better off using Sanguine Desire, or even Contempt Corrosion. Realistically, you will never use this EGO ever.Sinclair's EGO has improved, but it's still not good. Now they doubled down on the healing aspect, making it the focus. Sounds great, right? No, no it's not. The targets are always randomly chosen, meaning you're either getting a big boost, or nothing. Meanwhile, you can instead use other healing EGOs, that are much more reliable. It's worse in boss fights, because if it targets the boss, it'll easily eat 5-6 attack weight and leave you with nothing. Another downside is that it doesn't prevent stagger, meaning if your ID's HP is below the stagger bar due to bleed or broken red coins, then they'll be staggered, worse if it's for a measily 5% HP. Honestly, the best effect the EGO has is the passive damage up. Giving Dawnclair more damage, on top of the Dawn Office buff, is always welcome
