So what's the main goal of this event? I'm very close to reaching Rank 1000, but I'm not sure what I'm doing other than just SP training Summer Suisei and Miko. This is my current team and so far I have only invested in Suisei's board as a leader because I don't have Aki and Miko unlocked yet. Watame was already invested as a member while Korone is also invested as a leader since she's my main holomem, but resetting her is a huge pain in the ass.

For example, this game really likes side to side holds that end with a tap on the initial side which means either crossing hands, switching fingers or just lifting the hold and tapping (game's lenient enough with timing that you can get away with this).This pattern and its reverse are kinda common on mid experts (25/26) and don't think I've seen it in PJSK songs of similar difficulty.

If you have one oshi you're dedicated to chances are you want to have her as your leader and also as a team member, and you probably want to play her songs more than any other. But then you will never have enough resources to max the red, blue and yellow parts of your board. So from a pure gameplay minmax perspective the best thing you can do is leave your oshi out of your team entirely so you can go all in on yellow nodes to maximize the score you get from her songs with other members, which is really dumb obviously. And even if you ignore that because it's too minmaxy for the average sane player you are still effectively encouraged to not have your oshi as both leader and member since you can't max both red and blue nodes, which means that you'll be "wasting" a member slot on a weak unit with no blues. The whole system feels really shitty if you're trying to enjoy the game as a hololive fan with a big favorite.
