I don't want this stupid powerscaling in the campaign. People complaining about nuCounters being weaker han nuMatis, I don't comprehend you. NuCounters needs to be weaker than nuMatis for the story to have any semblance of tension. If it were up to me, I'd make it so even 3 of the weakest rapture classes were able to kill off counters if they aren't prepared. I want basic firearms and guns to matter, I want every rapture to be a realistic threat, I want counters and every nikke squad to come out of every mission on the skin of their teeth. Matis is the only squad that should be strong from the ark, Laplace is the hope of the Ark and true inheritor of the moniker Nikke: Goddess of Victory. Counters should be more like observers not super heroes. I'm like 90% sure now the final boss battle with the queen will be a martial arts battle and that makes me sad. If it weren't for Project Matis or Neon's backstory, I think I would have quit nikke.
