It's not really that the killers are too weak but that survivors can perk stack. If you weren't allowed to have 4x will to live and 4x sprint burst lower tier killers would be fine in solo queue. Faced a hacker in 2v8 after a 40 minute queue. They could do the heal ability with no cooldown but it instahealed everyone in range to full. Had people chasing the hacker and benefiting from it, and when called out they admitted they knew they were hacking but said "what do you want me to do, give you free hooks?" As if not exploiting the invincibility granted by a hacker is just "not playing optimal." Survivors need to be flayed alive it's not a meme anymore.
