How do I make humans "viable" for hard boss towers. Orserk's buff doesn't fucking work it's bullshit, haven't tested other skills like super effective up booster or status booster pals. What is happening is when you loot them and have your Grintail in party you sometimes duplicate eggs and if you have a full inventory any eggs you looted that duplicated from that passive will become an item you can pick up and probably a Mimog or another transporter pal grabbed the egg and stashed it at the closest storage.
Can't tell you how long it's been since i used a tablet over traditional. Anyway i really do wish modders add more building materials, but that seems doubtful.

Has anyone else noticed that Transport pathfinding seems particularly fucky compared to other tasks? I keep watching my guys travel partway down a route they can navigate perfectly fine for food and other jobs, then give up halfway to the chest to teleport the item instead. I'm really going to miss alpha sekhmet when that bugfix eventually comes around. It's just so much fun watching her work. I know she'll still probably be BiS handiworker because even her normal 60% efficiency is still better than pals that don't have that buff (which is all of them if I'm not mistaken), but watching her zoom through 10m workload on the research or making 500 computers nearly instantly is so great. And I don't even have demon's hand yet.
Is the fishing pond fucking worthless or like what is the reason to use this thing? 50 purple bait to wait like a full fucking hour, even with an Alpha Sekhmet stationed there and I get 5 worthless fish I already have a ton of from normal fishing but with way better IVs and passives, 1 diamond, 30 coralum, 1 ancient core, and some other random crap that wasn't even worth remembering like precious fur. I could have ran the gold coin maker or had her mining that whole time and came out in a better position and fished 100x more than that with less good bait spent. Only thing I'd be missing is 1 core.

If you rush the big chest in an enemy base and escape, the base will be completely empty when you come back to it, so you can loot all the other chests and rescue the captured pal without any problems. You could probably abuse this early game to get ahold of some nice stuff.

I wouldn't do it all the time, but this is the way to play palworld right now (and after two days of not playing thinking I was starting to burn out).

You need all 4 of these, not negotiable.Skymarcher and Lightfooted give you 3 extra jumps on top of her default double jump.Then you need a LOT of stamina, because spamming jumps uses a LOT of it. Best stamina passives give you more than double the normal stamina, and you will use all of it for long traverses. There is also no other way to increase pal stamina, compared to player stamina.Don't fall into the trap of speed passives (Swift, Dimensional Leap), because while they do improve her running speed, they do nothing for her swing speed. Getting speed while webbing and bouncing follows the same jank mechanics as grappling gun and glider: let go at max acceleration and don't bounce on walls at certain angles.

Okay, so I have a question. Well, a hypothetical situation. You get to redesign the appearance (not the abilities of) ONE pal. You can't go full ham (e.g. "Lovander with M-cup tits and a dumptruck ass), and it has to at least be recognizable as the pal it was before at least enough that if someone pointed it out you'd immediately notice it. You can shoot through walls and just kill all the pals, then use your pal to break down walls for no cost. In order for these games to work well there needs to be opportunity cost for raiding that is nearly even with the time/resource cost for building. Palworld and Ark both suffer from the fact that newer players need to work for hours upon hours on their base before a high level cant just casually walk by and then topple it over for no cost. Chest locks dont keep other players out of your loot in PvP.Players bases are basically defenceless against regular fire pals until level 19 when they unlock stone. Some servers like to increase the time it takes to level, but this makes it so you just need more time before you can start making progression with a base or else a higher level will just come and casually burn everything down and take all your stuff.Even with stone walls pals can still raid you pretty easily. but if you are online you should have enough time to move stuff around and maybe telport with your best stuff out of your base. 1 defence to this in other survival games is the idea of hiding your base, but in palworld you have a big circle around your base that is visible from like 500 yards away so its much harder to hide.Power creep in PvP is also a big problem with these games, and Palworld being a stat check based RPG type game makes this problem really really bad. If a high level player is so powerful a low level cant even fight back then its just not fun for most people. In rust a guy in endgame gear can die to a guy who just got on the server 10 minutes ago if the new got is really good. In palworld you will have level 40 guys randomly 1 shotting people lvl 1-30. and then that person loses all their gear and items?
