This is fine against bosses since they have high hp so they live through multiple rotations, but not for low hp enemies. It's also not great in ToA/matrix because it takes too long to ramp up (see picrel). At a baseline you're doing lower damage than other teams. By the time you've hit parity, the fights are usually over already. So basically strain is ok against bosses but still worse than other archetypes, and it's shit in whiwa.
