If you reach 1,150+ shields with overshields, regardless of your base shields, you will get the full 2.5 second shieldgate. With max blast shard stacks, Vauban gets 1720 health, and about 190% strength is enough to gain 1,150 shields using remedium. Catalyzing shields is also bugged. Regenerating at least one point of shields will still give you the 1.3 second shieldgate, so arcane sculptor does not ruin those builds either. His armor buff from bastille also makes him a good health tank for non-shieldgating stuff. Arcane escapist is there because sometimes I like levelcapping disruption and void slinging through your warframe every five seconds because of toxin damage is annoying, Replace it with whatever you want, getting mercy kills is really easy though. I use prisma obex incarnon with a melee crescendo slam build because Vauban can force finishers with vortex to get fast crescendo stacks, and obex's augment works on mercy kills with the incarnon active. Summoner's Wrath is there because it stacks manipulatively with his overdriver buff for companions I think, wiki says that is how overdriver stacks with other things. I have panzer for viral, tenacious bond, duplex bond, and contagious bond shenanigans. Another fun fact; vector pad's speed boost stacks with itself if you throw four vector pads down on the same spot and then run over it (more consistent if you jump in the middle of the pad instead of just running over it. damage boost does not stack sadly). Companions inherit both the damage boost and the speed boost from his vector pad. It is very funny watching a cat launch itself at enemies at mach 5.
