This would pretty much destroy the game instantly. Vanilla already has 7 raids you can do at level 60, there's no reason to add a new one. Especially knowing how incompetent modern Blizzard is. The problem with a new raid that drops even better gear than t3 is that the numbers are getting astronical for the small hp everyone has. T3 was so strong and optimized that they cleared tbc raids with it. The only thing they can do is give it a ton of stamina, but that invalideates pvp gear.
