I joined a normie raid yesterday and even with three ocean DPS, things were looking grim as we had several reds doing less damage than our ocean tank. This coupled with how the raid is designed where all it takes is one person messing up on placing railguns to likely cause a reset and we still hit jail. It took the power of the normies cutting out the worst DPS and inviting more of their whale friends where we got the boss to 40% hp before first sentinels spawn (previously we were only getting it down to 55-60%) and killed the boss before second sentinels spawn for us to actually get the clear. Like I don't think the raids need whales to clear but if you don't have whales then you definitely need everyone pulling their weight. If 3 reds in a 16-man are carrying over 50% of the raids total damage then it might be cooked.
