Pretty crazy how much they needed to buff weapon atk in the event to make that stat relevant. I wonder if this means they'll address it with the weapon rebalance since this shows they're aware of it. Though it feels tricky to do so without making Flora/Kezhou/Fina broken unless they're willing to adjust their numbers down a bit.

And then just slowly work toward building an electro team to farm her signature. I'd still feel bad about not trying to make her the best I can though, she had been doing a lot of work for me.

If the enemies are too tanky and you're doing it with 3 people Flora might lag the run from too many damage instances that have to be synced with everyone. Solo is fine and maybe duo works too.
