Theodora is the least interesting one so far. Her prologue story was great, but once it jumps to the tournament she becomes kind of a pain in the ass as a character. She's the most affected by her special relic weapon, making her act erratic. She's also very religious, which I personally find a bit off-putting. Her gambit/battalion mechanics both in and outside of fights are not that interesting either.It's cool that playing all routes is even possible like this with the mechanic that allows you to switch characters. However, I will note that it's still quite repetitive at times. The sidequests you get from NPC's are exactly the same for all 4 characters. So are the dungeons around Dagda obviously. Early on main characters team up for some arena matches, so you end up doing those twice which is a bit tedious. Exploring the Dagdan world map has to be done with all four and can be boring because you unlock the map bit by bit. I hate heckin all religion11!!!
