speaking of underrated diseasesvampirism in oblivion is quite strong as wellive got this character ive been training up. 5 out of her 7 major skills all raise by 5 pts every day i go hungry. to a max of +25. being able to cast expert lvl destruction spells at lvl 10 feels extremely OP lol.STR WIL and SPD similarly get a +5 each daythe sun damage is actually easier to play around than you think. just join mages/fighters guild and stop in and have a sip. if you have frostcrag, its even more convenient since you can just TP into any hall whenever even betterer if you have midas magic mod giving you mark/recall. so long as you stay fed, sun damage is irrelevant. the first day it rly matters is at 75%, where you take an avg of 4dmg per second. thats ez enough to make a beginner health potion and just ignore, but it seems to double dmg during middays sun, and 8/sec is quite a lot. 100% vampirism is VERY difficult, as it can be up to 16/sec in noonday sun. but youre also not rly gonna be walking around town like that, for fairly obvious reasons. most ppl wont even talk to you anywaysthe most confusing aspect is how vampirism progresses. its not a strict timer like youd think. it IS every 24 hrs, but you have to sleep to advance it to the next lvl, and it only goes up by one lvl each sleep. so if youre "behind" on feeding you might have to take 3 1hr naps to get all buffed up to max strength. not a huge deal, but it gets confusing sometimes
