I've been playing through this game's story and just finished Canto 6. I think something very special about this game is how it keeps the core cast the same. Especially for a gacha, it really helps the core cast feel like a tight-knit group instead of constantly having to shift focus to the "new" banner characters the way other gachas tend to.

Like Yi Sang and Sinclair's moments during the Hong Lu final boss fight, or Sinclair getting through to Don Quixote in canto 7 finale, or Heathcliff pulling Ishmael out of the muck in canto 5, etc. Then you get these fun stuff like Outis and Ishmael having clashing leadership styles in Canto 5, the "break away" groups that have their little in-chemistry like say all of TKT, etc. Sinclair and Ryoshu's growing understanding of one another. To name a few things. I could go on, but there's quite a lot of team bonding in Limbus.
