His strength is mostly in the macro. Wesker is basically just a backrev nigger and glitch abusing nigger that zones you into nothing for free and there is no consistency with his power collision. Meat plant used to be a meme because of the pallets, but now that every map is like that, it's actually one of the best killer maps in the game. Easy to get to every gen, central and outer stairwells, multiple dropdowns. Survivor movement is predictable, there aren't egregious checkspots like dogshit RPD or Delusion. You can hide yourself as a stealth, but LOS is not horrible for non-stealth killers. Since it's small and layered there will be a lot of instances where survivors are near enough to each other to get some snowball momentum going, as long as some pallets are gotten rid of.
