having done all the story modes, I would say the clear order is samurai > avengers > power gap > doom > xmen > guardianssamurai is the only actually good story and it feels like it had the most effort put into it and/or the least corporate oversight. As well as that, even though Loki is good on point, I feel like his neutral is a good bit weaker than Iron Man's despite them both being pretty good at it. With Iron Man I felt like I didn't need to be patient or respectful against the shit characters like Spiderman, Blade and Magik do, but with Loki I did.
