Under no circumstances would they allow Mandy, who uses The Amulet, to be a manager unless they kept her very under control. Instead, I see a normie working SDN, most likely Stillwell. Vaught employs all the supes that work for SDN, and they're more for PR than anything. Sure, they accomplish "saves," but a lot of them are fake to make the public feel "safe." (Maybe they're either all powered by Compound V or its natural; undecided.
