Not that it made the game unstable mind you, but it really didn't add anything of value either. The enclave Remnants DLC is the proverbial "crown jewel" of the update. It adds remnant troops at a few locations. The remnants are just loot pinatas and nothing else. They drop plasma guns, plasma ammo and they hand you their OP power armour parts out for the taking (from their corpses). The Enclave officer coat is pretty /fa/ though gotta admit. Even though the remnants creation was pretty basic, everything else was even more basic than that. Anyway I deleted the cc content and started a new save. I will say this new patch looks better than the previous one, stability wise at least. A step in the right direction. Still not upgrading though.
