Today’s subject is Lizzers. Specifically, as farm tools. I think you know my thoughts on this issue. I don’t think people should call them farm tools. When I hang up a rake in the shed at the end of the day, it’s still there in the morning. But a Lizzer will run on you if you don’t chain them up, and beat them until their nervous systems shut down. They are still the best drug mules I’ve ever come across, though. A goddamn Lizzer can swallow anything and not be poisoned. Which is great for our cartel! And when they’ve outlived their usefulness, you can just smoke them and get another one off a Hist tree, or wherever the fuck they come from. Oh, and it’s a fine day with you around.

You feel like a trickster instead of a mind controlling illusionist or a destruction mage arsonist.Thieves Guild in general is the best faction in Skyrim until the last Act with the Nocturnal bullshit and even then the Temple quest with the shadows is still pretty cool. Goldenglow, Honeybrew, East Empire Warehouse and Markath Laboratory are all amazingly designed. The fences you setup all around the big cities, and the quest to eventually sell stolen goods to the Khajit caravans also make the world feel much more alive.

Welp, I finally got around to trying out Falskaar. I'll definitely remove it from my mod list in the future, since it really is just more Skyrim. Now, usually I'd be all for more Skyrim, but the island itself is rather uninspired and the quests are painfully cliché. Well lads, I just fucking failed Morrowind's main quest in the most bullshit way possible. I had TR integration turned on, so I had to appease the mainland Ashlander tribes. So I make my way to one and chat up the wise woman. Apparently some of the tribe split off and formed a new nameless tribe under the leadership of three witch sisters. The wise woman wanted me to kill the three witches in order for the tribe to recognize me as Nerevarine. So I go to the nameless tribe and kill the three witch sisters. After doing that, I snooped around the camp a bit for some loot, only to find a bunch of captive outlanders. When I spoke to them, I learned that the nameless tribe was brainwashing them to be mind controlled slaves. At that point, I determined that the whole tribe were a bunch of niggers and needed to die. So I proceeded to massacre the rest of the tribe. The captives were thankful to me and escaped. After that, I went back to the other tribe, only to see that the wise woman was pissed at me. Apparently she just wanted me to kill the witch sisters and not the whole tribe, despite that tribe doing all that fucked up shit. Now they refuse to name me Nerevarine, locking me out of the main quest. So I'm now sitting her at a bar, drinking my sorrows away. I really didn't want to do the back path this run, but now I have no choice. Fuck Ashlanders. A bunch of ungrateful pricks.

Two things bugging me about Skyrim now, the music is overbearing and feels like it plays whenever, when the tone of some quests would be perfectly fine against background ambience. Factions don't seem to do a whole lot without the player running around their headquarters. Then again, I know this is a 2011 game.
