Prioritise throwing your ogcds between your aoes as heals on the tank. Your kardia + those should be more than enough to keep the average tank topped up. When you unlock pneuma you can throw that out there for bonus big damage and a pretty sizable heal as well. If you know a pack hurts particularly badly or a tank is bad at mitting you can press Zoe and then Eukrasian Diagnosis to give them a bit shield off the start or you can spam shields between packs to try get a crit shield on them but that's just if you notice they're dying quickly and you're struggling to control them at the start
