The real best way to be "efficient" with Ciel or Olga is to run them with BB Summer, and then plug in the appropriate 2x advantage servant who can crit hard enough tto clear the node. Even welfares are good at this.

It's worth noting that the upgrades you unlock for your chosen grand Servant also have secondary conditions.Most of the ones that give a direct stat buff, like card effectiveness or starting charge, scale with either the total number of bond levels within that class (max 200) or the completion of their corresponding Class Score.
