When you remove both basics, you're left with 40 points. Not enough to clone another Destruction, but enough to slap -1 cost on Annihilation and optionally add a neutral card. You really want the Initialize divine epi on Drawing Slash, unless she's E6.

I don't know how to build Arabella, but I want to build a fracture Hilde deck to go with her. Do the effects that activate ally fractures consume the stacks, or just trigger the fracture damage? Is it even worth it if the cap is 30? how reliably can she reach 30 stacks? She has some bonuses for attacks and other types of debuffs, but going out of the way for certain ones like scorch seems shitty, so reliably Agony/vuln seem to be the only ones you can somewhat go for.I don't know what to do.
