Arabella is strong but she feels Nine tier strong back in S2, aka a standard DPS. However she feels like she was promoted to limited last minute because her kit is very niche.When Sereniel came out, she powercrept everything before her, and Heidemarie did the same. But Arabella doesn't do this, in fact she's probably not even top 5 damage dealers. Arabella seems fine in save data content, but in chaos/sortie she feels like shit because her kit revolves around a linear cycle which feels awful to play cards in the wrong order.Some of her cards don't do anything without prior fracture stacks, some need the fracture amp effect to do good damage, so she has a set order of which cards to use first and what to finish with. She doesn't just werk immediately like other seasonal DPS, she needs a draw engine to get the full potential out of her cards which is why she feels so clunky.
